Are you sick of asking yourself the same question every morning?
“Where should I start today?”
eisedo is a unique approach to a well-known practice – the to-do list. Inspired by the Eisenhower Matrix, eisedo automatically prioritizes your tasks for you based on their urgency and importance.
Now, you no longer have to worry about which tasks to tackle first or which tasks should be delegated. We work it out for you, so you can focus your time and energy on achieving your goals.
The Eisenhower Matrix
Our simple task manager is based on the time management method created and used by Dwight D. Eisenhower, the 34th President of the United States.
The Eisenhower Matrix evaluates tasks based on two criteria: importance and urgency.
They are then placed into the corresponding quadrant of the Eisenhower Matrix, which are named ‘Do first’, ‘Do later’, ‘Delegate’ and ‘Eliminate’.
Tasks in the first quadrant are those that are instrumental in helping you achieve your goals. They’re too important to delegate and too urgent to ignore until later. Focus on completing these tasks first.
The second quadrant is for tasks that you can Do later. These tasks are important but are less urgent. You can move onto these once you’ve completed the tasks in Do first.
Your Delegate quadrant is for tasks that are less important but still require urgent attention. If you have tasks in this quadrant, use email delegation to assign them out.
The fourth and final quadrant is the Eliminate quadrant. Any tasks in here are what we call ‘time-wasting activities’. They don’t contribute to your goals, and they aren’t urgent. Avoiding these tasks will help you free up more time for what really matters.
